Your professional network information is used to provide Services to you. We do not sell your professional network data as a contact database.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are permitted to provide information or files you upload to ReferralJobs.

H. Career Strategy, Coaching, and Communications Information

If you communicate with ReferralJobs team members, analysts, career strategists, or coaches, we may collect information contained in those communications.

We may use third-party artificial intelligence and technology service providers to process information on our behalf in connection with the Services. When we do so, those providers may receive information necessary to perform the contracted service.

We do not sell resumes, career profiles, compensation information, job-search history, or professional network files for the purpose of building third-party recruitment databases.
